Kalimantan Selatan Exports in August 2018 Down 17.46 Percent and Imports Increase 17.44 Percent

Abstract

• Export value through the port in Kalimantan Selatan in August 2018 reached US $ 739.89 million, down 17.46 percent compared to exports in July 2018 which reached US $ 896.44 million and up 12.96 percent compared to the export value in August 2017 reached US $ 655.01 million.

• Kalimantan Selatan import value in August 2018 amounted to US $ 186.20 million, an increase of 17.44 percent compared to imports in July 2018 which reached US $ 158.55 million. Whereas when compared with the import value in August 2017, this value rose by 130.22 percent with a value of US $ 80.88 million.

• The trade balance of Kalimantan Selatan export and import in August 2018 a surplus of US $ 553.69 million.
